We can handle time-sensitive orders and have better control on the quality of our shirts. All garment patterns will be individually computer generated to their exact specifications, guaranteeing consistent sizing for the initial and all subsequent orders. Each garment is constructed using the following techniques to ensure it is engineered to the highest standards. 

 

• Each shirt is made to an individual measurement spec

• 18 to 20 stitches per inch in sewing construction

• Side Seams - French Binding

• Armhole/Sleeve Attach - twin needle topstitch

• Collar construction - Patched collar, Patched collar band using Wendler interlinings.

• Four piece collar – removable collar stays

• Lock stitched buttons

• 156 stitches per button hole

• Fabric patterns on the shirt are matched across the front and from the yoke to the sleeve

• Matching sleeves pleats
